There is forums and contests mostly poetry contests, but as note on people who were strict on copyright exististing one case was the createspace's leagal team who doubted who you are till you prove you are the author even after lots of books published because work is available on web. they accepted work there as copyrighted to named person. Createspace merged with sister Amazon site kind.
I suggest you make a file note to give instructions to find work on your page in website though they ask for your proof of copyright a lot.
Publishing for ease of work no copyright info asked for {but implied you must have it} is Lulu and second is Kindle.
